However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

Enrollment Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us in writing at least five business days before the start date of the course. We will refund your full tuition fees, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 10% of the course fee.

Course Cancellation
In the event that we cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of your tuition fees.

Refund Eligibility
If you cancel your enrollment less than five business days before the start date of the course, or if you do not attend the course without canceling, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at support@webinnoovators.com within 30 days of the course start date. Please include your full name, course name, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the refund status within 10 business days.

Refund Amount
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your tuition fees, minus the non-refundable administrative fee of 10% of the course fee. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the refund approval.

No Show Policy
If you fail to attend a course without prior notice or cancelation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
