In this class, we’ll go through how to leverage analytics and metrics in search engine optimization (SEO) with Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager (GTM). We will go over how to set up and utilise Google Search Console to track website performance in Google search results and discover chances for SEO improvement. We’ll go over how to utilise GTM to track user behaviour on your website and collect data on things like click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Furthermore, we will demonstrate how to combine data from Search Console and GTM to get a holistic perspective of user behaviour on your website and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO. The session will also cover best practises for setting up and managing analytics and metrics for SEO, such as generating and tracking custom dimensions and metrics and using data visualisation to make sense of big data sets.
